As a Board Certified Functional Health Practitioner, I’m always looking for ways to make wellness simple, effective, and sustainable. Over the years, I’ve tested countless products, practices, and tools to see what truly makes a difference—not just for me, but for my clients, too.

Today, I’m excited to share some of my favorite wellness tools—the ones I use regularly and recommend most often. Think of this as your shortcut to wellness without all the trial and error!

1. Metabolic Typing Diet

5. Water Filtration

Our bodies are mostly water—so quality matters! A proper water filter ensures you’re not unintentionally drinking in toxins, heavy metals, or chemicals every day.
